Be a Girl in China feels heavy. The only Child, all pressure and Dreams of Parents and family. Be a Modern Student and Worker but  be a Traditional Wife and Mother.

Feeling overcome and Depressed, Like a Child of Asphalt after a Cold Rain.

It doesn’t look like but this is really one of the hardest Photo shoots i ever done so far.
Its made in a Girls-room…

UKI is a 23 Years old Girl, Today She just Graduated from School so she invited me to come to her Home and do some Photos. UKI live together with her Mom, her Father dont live with them together, they divorce and he has a new Family with new Child’s.

Also UKI has a very nice Dog which I really should Photograph as well She is a Giant Husky.

Anyway we just started and play around, sometimes the Door made some sounds and we get very worried her Mom would come into the Room. UKI started her Computer to play loud Trance Music. That should be enough to hold Parents out of the Room. Her Desk has all this typical Girl things, and her QQ runs all the time with her Friend chatting with her so, that from time to time She jump up to answer a MSG. Stuffed animals, some not crazy many.

We started very slow and She was very shy, She let me Inspect her wardrobe and I pic out some clothes for her.

It is the first time I visit a Girl-Room, I visit Girls who live alone but never a Girl who live with her Parent together, Its not that i don’t want. In fact is my dream since many Years to do that. But Parents in China are very Protective and they don’t allow males in the Room of there Daughters.

UKI is a really cute Tom Boy Girl, very smart and very protective for other. I really enjoyed have her around me. It is the first time we meet but I felt very familiar with her.

The last thing what will remain from us is a reflection of lights Shadow. The Shadow of Light is a Photograph. It will be there, not moving. Freeze a Moment a feeling. It depends on the Viewer strongly… but some truth cant be changed. Often we don’t wanna be Photographed because we know, how far a decision like this can be, and in the same time we want, we want so much….We needed Trillions of Years to Evolve from Stardust to what we are now. We don’t want be just disappear in the Dark, without being a Shadow of Light.

We Played around that Night.
Than we saw this Car with the Black License number on the front.

That means its a Car of a Chinese Government Member. So I think its OK we climb on it and use it for Photos.
